Setting Up Your PayPal Account

Setting up your PayPal account is fast, easy, and one of the most secure ways to conduct transactions online.

First, go to PayPal.com

Below the "Log In" button on the left, you see: "New to PayPal? Sign Up".  Click that.  Next you will se a page that looks like this:

You probably want a Personal account (and if you decide to sell things using PayPal later, don't worry, you can always upgrade an account). Click "Get Started".

Next you will see the familiar information page.  It is as simple as filling out the information that follows on the next couple of pages. You can either set up PayPal to deduct payments from your credit / debit card, or directly from your bank account. The choice is yours.
